Doyle DeGraw has been the Pastor of Crystal Springs Alliance Church since 2000. Pastor Doyle and his wife, Cathy, are California natives and moved to the Midwest in 1996.  They have been married for 33 years and have four adult children and 6 grandchildren.  Pastor Doyle has a B.S. Degree in Pastoral Theology from Bethany College in Santa Cruz, California and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.

Corey Post has worked part-time in the past with the youth and worship, but now has come onto full-time staff at Crystal Springs Alliance Church as the head Worship and Youth Pastor.  Corey finished school and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Bible, a Bachelor's in Worship Arts and a Minor in Psychology.  He has also just received his license as a pastor within the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination.
