Doyle DeGraw - Pastor
Doyle DeGraw has been the Pastor of Crystal Springs Alliance Church for 8 years. Pastor Doyle and his wife, Cathy, are California natives and moved to the Midwest in 1996. They have been married for 32 years and have four adult children and 6 grandchildren. Pastor Doyle has a B.S. Degree in Pastoral Theology from Bethany College in Santa Cruz, California and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
Pastor Doyle is passionate about helping to build healthy families that are glorifying Christ and providing a model for the next generation. He also has a burden for revival of the power of God displayed in the lives of people that changes them and changes the hearts of others as well. Corey Post - Worship & Youth Leader
Corey Post has been leading the worship at Crystal Springs Alliance Church for just over 3 years. Born and raised in Grand Rapids Michigan, Corey attended South Christian High School. After attending college for a year studying Youth Ministry, Corey discovered his love and longing for worship, and music in particular. Deciding to pursue a degree in Worship Arts, he attended Grace Bible College. Studying music, Corey graduated with an A.A. degree in music. With one year left, Corey desires to finish his B.A. degree in Worship Arts, and is excited about a related position in that field.
Recently married in June of 2007, Corey and his wife Sara became involved with the Youth Group. Aspiring to develop and truly invest in the lives of the youth, Corey and Sara continue to build and strengthen relationships with them. They are both very encouraged about the direction God has for it. Corey and Sara will assume leadership of the youth ministry beginning August this year.
Corey Post has a unique love and passion for people to fall radically in love with Jesus, and to see lives completely transformed through the power and gift of worship.
Gene Hughes - Elder
Gene and Michelle Hughes have attended CSAC since December of 1996. Married in 1991, they have six children, four girls and two boys. Gene has worked in the Tool and Die Industry since 1989 and currently serves in an engineering capacity. Michelle is a full-time stay-at-home mom.
Gene and Michelle have served in various ministries at Crystal Springs Alliance Church over the years. Since 2004, they have led the Young Adults group and continue in that ministry today. They have a passion for equipping and training new leaders. They are certain that God is going to raise up mighty leaders from the Young Adult group. "God is up to something BIG! We want to be in His will so we don't miss it!"
Ed Krampitz - Elder
Ed and his wife, Mickey, have been worshipping at Crystal Springs Alliance Church since 1993. Married in 1988, they spent four and a half years in Spain, while Ed served in the US Navy. They have four girls and two boys. Ed has a B.S. Degree in Business Management, Specializing in Ministry Leadership, from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI.
As a part of our Worship Team, Ed enjoys leading people into the Presence of God; longing
to see them hunger and thirst for more of Him.
Ed is passionate about seeing the Church move with power and authority, as the issues of life bow at the name of Jesus; the impossible becoming possible. He has a burden to see individuals and families healed and set free, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Ken Zandee - Elder
Ken and Rhea Zandee have been married for over 48 years and have been blessed with four sons and ten grandchildren. Ken was a high school teacher and coach for forty years and Rhea has directed church choirs and written and lead women's Bible studies for many years.
The Zandee's have been members of CSAC for the past six years where Ken serves as an Elder. Ken and Rhea currently direct the Sunday School at Crystal Springs. The Zandee's are eagerlyl anticipating the building of our own ministry center to be better able to do the Lord's work in this area.
